Project: Configuration management
Responsibility: PRS (Production Repercussion Sheet) integrator / coordinator: industrial repercussion analysis and monitoring of agreed industrial scenario.
Mission duration: 1 year and 6 months
Mains tasks:
Negotiation of POE (Point Of Embodiment) with impacted installers & Airline needs (SB: Service Bulletin)
Negotiation of Installation slots for late installation of equipment and/or retrofits.
Analysis of OSW (Out Standing Work) volume generated by late installation / retrofits.
Production of Airbus Deliverable : PRS (Production Repercussion Sheet)
Post decision review for CR delayed (delay in qualification roadmap)
Management of Configuration update in line with program decision & Industrial needs. (Delta 0 Management)
Industrial support to Configuration team in Official decision board
Industrial analysis of late option taken by Airlines.

Coordination of the electrical equipment availability with the Airbus tests laboratories schedules (electrical bench, simulations benches, Aircraft zero, cabin and landing gear benches)
Monitoring of the requirements and contract update between Airbus and the supplier.
Serial aircrafts deliveries monitoring à establishment of a way of working on the deliveries with the supplier.
Regular update of the « Statement Of Work (SOW) » of the WP and cost monitoring by EVM (Earn Value Management) analysis.
Follow of the cost reduction activities on the electrical systems perimeter.
Technical problems/issues follow-up.
