•If a parent already has a SwimTopia profile, they should see Tritons show up when they log in.

•If a parent does not already have a SwimTopia profile, the SwimTopia system should have sent them an email to set up access. This never happened for many people. SwimTopia setup is weird. There is no "Create a profile" or "new user" button. You have to pretend to reset your password in order to access your profile. I apologize that it is so confusing. Please follow the instructions below.

1. Go to https://stdavidtritons.swimtopia.com/

2. Click the Browser Login tab.

3. Click Forgot Your Password.

4. Enter the email address you provided at registration.

5. Click Reset My Password.

6. SwimTopia will send you an email that you can use to create your profile.
