Revision In The Works

The two main programmers of the game have resumed work on a revision after a two-year delay (originally intended for a 2015 release). We are now hard at work making improvements to the game as requested by fans (and some common-sense gameplay changes, such as allowing the player to skip the tutorial). Most importantly is making the game resolution-independent so it will run in fullscreen on any modern widescreen display without distortion. Updates will be posted here so be sure to subscribe to the RSS.

Replacing most of the GUI. User-selectable screen resolution. No more OpenGL. The only rendering in the game was planet orbit and that's been replaced with software rendering. Still looks the same. This is an entirely 2D game. The new internal resolution has been updated to 1280x960 for more on-screen detail, and that will scale to any target resolution.
