2. Choreography Creation (Ages 11+), Tuesdays July 7/14/21/28 6:30-7:30p.m. $60

What if dancers got to become the creator instead of the performer? In this summer class, dancers will learn how to build their own choreography — from movement choices and formations to musicality and storytelling. A fun, creative class designed to build confidence, artistry, and imagination… ending with dancers performing a piece they created themselves.
3. Summer Sampler (Ages 3-6), Tuesdays July 7/14/21/2 5:30-6:30p.m. $60

Our classic combination class for beginner dancers! Enjoy 30 minutes of ballet & 30 minutes of tap class with our studio owner & founder, Stacey.
4. Pre-Pointe (Ages 10+), Tuesdays July 7/14/21/2 6:30-7:30p.m. $60
Instructor: Stacey Dimberio
Open to all dancers ages 10 & up who dream of going on Pointe. This class will focus on foot strengthening and can provide at home practice skills. This will prepare dancers for a beginning pointe class in the fall.
The class will end with a scheduled trip to St. Paul to be fitted for pointe shoes. Dancers will need approval by passing a skills test to go on Pointe in the fall.
5. Contemporary/Jazz Combos A (Ages 11+), Tuesdays July 7/14/21/28 5:30-6:30p.m. $60

Alternating weeks of Contemporary & Jazz combos to work on movement quality and picking up choreography quickly!

8. Intermediate Turn Technique, Thursdays July 9/16/23/30 5:30-6:30p.m. $60

Fundamentals of turn technique, working to strengthen overall turn technique (spotting, core strength, posture, etc.). Dancers will work on consistency with 1-2 pirouettes with an introduction to a la secondes
9. Advanced Turn Technique, Thursdays July 9/16/23/30 6:30-7:30pm $60
Instructor: Megan Gordon
Strengthening turn technique, working to improve consistency of overall turn technique (pirouette position, turnout, strengthening, etc.). Dancers will work for consistency of technique in 3-4 pirouettes & work through various a la seconde combinations including floats, spot changes, etc.
10. FULL SUMMER CAMP (required for all competition dancers; recommended for all interested competition, and serious dancers; open to anyone)
August 3/4/5/6 from 9:00a.m. – 4:00p.m. (Thursday class will end at 1:00) $200
Classes will be divided into different dance and age levels. Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Gymnastics, Musical Theatre, and Special fun classes. Stacey’s instructors and Special Guest instructors will be teaching the classes. Dancers are to bring a bag lunch. This will be an intense but fun 3 and 1/2 days of dance! Pre registration required.
11. MINI SUMMER CAMP (Ages 5-8)
August 3/4/5/6 from 9:00a.m. – 1:00p.m. $125
Come and give a dance camp a try. Same as all day only offering a 1⁄2 day for younger dancers. Study with new instructors; try the Hula and do a dance craft. Please bring a bag lunch and water bottle. A great opportunity to dance just like the big kids!
12. Strength & Technique: Leaps/Turns (Ages 11+), Thursdays July 30/August 6/13/20 5:30-6:30pm $60
Instructor: Abi Spethmann
This 4-week series combines targeted strength training with focused technique work on leaps and turns. Dancers will build the strength, stability, and control needed to execute movements with greater power and precision.
13. Summer Style Series (Ages 11+), Thursdays July 30/August 6/13/20 6:30-7:30pm $60
Instructor: Abi Spethmann
A high-energy summer series focused on learning and performing choreography across hiphop, street jazz, and contemporary styles. Dancers will develop style, texture, and performance presence while pushing their versatility.

Private lessons in all dance subjects may be arranged with the instructor of your choice. Call 218-728-6080 to make arrangements. Prices range from $15-$40 for 45 minute sessions Studio is open for privates anytime by special appointment.
