Student Poster Contest - 2025

IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society (SSCS) Kolkata Chapter was established in 2015. The Chapter has actively sponsored/organized different Conferences/Workshops/Seminars in the previous years. In continuation to last year, IEEE SSCS Kolkata Chapter is organizing the Student Poster Contest. Please find the participation details below.

Students are invited to submit posters on their original technical contributions or technical surveys for presentation.

Who Can Participate?

Any Diploma/UG/PG Student in the field of Electronics & Communication / Electrical / Computer Science / Information Technology / Instrumentation Engg.

Topic of the Poster

Submissions are welcome in, but not limited to:

·       Hardware for AI/ML

·       Semiconductor Device

·       Circuits & Systems

·       Analog/Mixed Signal/RF Circuits

·       Embedded System & IoT

·       Low Power Circuit Design

·       Electronic Design Automation

·       FPGA based Design

·       Digital VLSI Architectures and Systems

·       Wireless and Optical Circuits

·       MEMS, Sensors, and Interface Circuits

·       Beyond CMOS Devices

·       Solar Cell and Energy Harvesting Circuits

·       VLSI Testing & Packaging

Last Date of Submission

·       The poster along with an abstract (within 250 words) should be submitted before the specified deadline.

·       The poster and abstract should be submitted in PDF format as per given Poster format and Abstract format.

Guidelines

·       There are NO REGISTRATION FEES for the event.

·       There can be a Maximum 6 Authors per submission.

·       One author of the accepted posters must PRESENT the poster on the event date.

·       All the submitted posters will be peer-reviewed.

·       BEST 3 POSTERS will be awarded with attractive prizes.

·       All authors of accepted and presented posters will get Participation Certificate.

·      17 Sep 2025 – Poster Submission Deadline [Closed]

·       23 Sep 2025 – Acceptance Notification [Closed]

·       2 Oct 2025 – Deadline to submit review reply

·       6 Oct 2025 – Final Decision

·       11 Oct 2025 – Camera Ready Copy Submission and Registration Deadline

·       25 Oct 2025 – Presentation Event Day
