Opening your Voice:
1. Yawn
2. Breathe in through your nose and Breathe out to our mouth
3. Lip Trills/Rolls (no pitch)
4. Engage your Diaphragm (exercise like stomach crunches but standing up)
5. Engage your diaphragm with your voice by pushing air out from your lungs using your diaphragm
