SRDJAN FINK studeerde Montage aan de Nederlandse Film- en Televisie Academie in Amsterdam. Sindsdien werkt hij al meer dan twintig jaar als film- en video-editor aan documentaires, televisieproducties en andere audiovisuele projecten.
Zijn werk aan documentaires werd bekroond met diverse nationale en internationale prijzen. In de loop van zijn carrière werkte hij samen met regisseurs als George Sluizer, Vuk Janić en vele anderen. Daarnaast was hij als editor verbonden aan uiteenlopende Nederlandse productie- en postproductiebedrijven, waaronder Endemol, Eyeworks, Filmpartners International, Media Profession, Nature Conservation Films en Select AV Personeel. Ook werkte hij voor internationale organisaties, waaronder het Internationaal Strafhof in Den Haag.
Srdjan monteert voornamelijk in Avid Media Composer en Adobe Premiere Pro. Hij werkt graag nauw samen met regisseurs en producenten om het verhaal, het ritme en de emotionele impact van een film in de montage tot hun recht te laten komen.
SRDJAN FINK is an Amsterdam-based film editor whose work is driven by a passion for storytelling and the emotional rhythm of cinema. A graduate of the Netherlands Film Academy (Amsterdam School of the Arts), he has spent more than two decades shaping documentaries, television, video productions, and artist-driven projects in the editing room.
His documentaries have been recognized with national and international awards, reflecting a body of work that combines narrative sensitivity with a strong visual instinct. Over the course of his career, Srdjan has collaborated with filmmakers including George Sluizer and Vuk Janić, and with organizations such as the International Criminal Court, Greenhouse Film Centre, and Binger Filmlab.
Fluent in Dutch, English, Russian, and Serbo-Croatian, Srdjan works in Avid Media Composer and Adobe Premiere Pro, bringing both technical precision and creative insight to every project. He sees editing as the place where images, sound, and performance come together to reveal the true heartbeat of a film—always in close collaboration with the director to bring each story to its fullest expression.
