Clubhouse Reservations

Please read and be familiar with this reservation procedure and the cleanup check list to know what is required for a reservation. The reserving homeowner is responsible for both. 

Reservations are made on a "first come first served"  basis and should be made by email after checking the calendar for availability.  Phone calls and text should be between the hours of 10-5 unless there is an emergency involving the rental.  The calendar can be accessed by clicking on the "Calendar" tab at the left of this page.

Reservations may be made up to a year in advance for RESIDENTS ONLY.  NON RESIDENTS may make reservations only 6 months in advance unless it is a wedding.  Reservations for NON RESDENT  weddings wil be allowed a year from the date.  Effective 6/15/23

Reservations are not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from the site manager  and it appears on the calendar. It is possible that someone has already made a reservation and it hasn't been posted to the calendar.  You should see it on the calendar or get a reply back in 2-3 days.  If you don't get a reply or see it posted on the calendar please contact the site manager.  

Entry to the Clubhouse will be through the kitchen access door.  You will be given an entry code 2-3 days prior to your rental.   

Make your reservation for the time you will actually be using the clubhouse. If you have a night event but need to go decorate in the morning, make the reservation to include the morning. 

Homeowners are responsible for reservations and must be in attendance at the event. We require the homeowner to clean up per the post cleaning check list on this web site and posted in the hall at the clubhouse.  The reserving homeowner is responsible for any damages that occur during their rental. 

We keep cleaning supplies on hand but there may be times in between rentals that they run low.  Be prepared to check and furnish your own supplies if needed. Not having cleaning supplies or a mop and broom is not an acceptable excuse for not cleaning up.  If supplies are missing or you use them up, let us know and we will get more.  It is MANDATORY to check off post checklist and SIGN form.  If using the cleaning service you must still sign form checking all non cleaning related items.  The cleaning service will be responsible for all cleaning related items.  Please leave on kitchen counter as you exit the building.

The heat and air conditioning are set at economic temperatures to keep the cost down.  You may need to adjust them prior to your event there are 2 thermostats located on the walls of the main hall. 

Clubhouse reservations can be cancelled but will require a cancellation fee.  Please refer to rental agreement for charges.
