Clubhouse Information
Springlakes Clubhouse located at 104 Springlakes Drive Martinez, GA 30809 was built in 2012. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS ALLOWED WITHIN THE CLUBHOUSE (BY THE FIRE MARSHALL) is Lobby 20 and meeting room 82.
Rental hours are 10 am-12 am with the building being completely EMPTY by 12 am.
There is a full kitchen in the building and you are allowed to use caterer of your choice if desired.
Tables and chairs are included with rental

Approximately 150 chairs
Rental Rates
Resident:
Monday- Thursday: $150 daily rate plus $250 security deposit
Friday- Sunday: $200 daily rate plus $250 security deposit
(Security deposit will be shredded if post checklist is completed and signed by renter and site manager. No damage to grounds or clubhouse must be noted as well.)
*Please submit 2 separate checks for rental and security deposit.
*We offer a cleaning service that is optional for RESIDENTS ONLY. If you choose to use it you would need to submit a separate check for that as well.
*If using our cleaning service ALL tables and chairs must be left set up as used so they can be cleaned.
You must clear ALL of your items completely from the building.
You must clear all trash located outside the perimeter of the property.
Non- Resident with Resident Sponsor:
Monday- Thursday: $225 daily rate plus $375 security deposit
Friday- Sunday: $275 daily rate plus $375 security deposit
Cleaning fee $100 due day of event
(Security deposit will be shredded if no damage to grounds or the clubhouse)
*All non residents must pay by CASH or MONEY ORDER. Refundable security deposit must be a personal check no money orders.
-Rental agreement and security deposit due within 3 days of making reservation.
-Rent payment due 30 days before event date
You must clear ALL of your items completely from the building.

Non-Resident without a sponsor:
Monday-Thursday: 250 daily rate plus $375 security deposit
Friday-Sunday: 300 daily rate plus $375 security

Parking
There is parking available directly in front of the clubhouse but it is very limited. There is a handicapped space as well. Due to the fact our neighborhood pool and tennis courts are located directly by the clubhouse we ask that parking be kept to a minimal directly surrounding clubhouse. There is NO PARKING allowed directly in front of the pool or the sidewalks located by the tennis courts. There is no parking on the grass located by the sign as you drive into the parking lot. There is no double parking allowed. There are "NO PARKING" signs posted on the property to ensure this does not occur. If vehicles are parked in any of these areas you will be asked to move. If the vehicles isn't moved Columbia County Sheriffs Department will be contacted. For your safety as well as residents using our other amenities there must be a clear exit for emergency vehicles at all times. There is a parking lot just as you enter the property and that is where we ask that you park. If the parking lot is full you are allowed to park directly on Springlakes Drive and walk to the clubhouse.
