Ľudovít Štúr

ĽUDOVÍT ŠTÚR (1815 – 1856) - codifier of the Slovak language, journalist, pedagogue, scientist, poet and politician. Ľudovít Štúr is one of the most important personalities in modern Slovak history. He devoted his lifelong efforts to raise the Slovaks to the level of other developed European nations. The exhibition in Rutherford library, University of Alberta, Edmonton from March 4 - April 25, 2022.
