9:00 a.m. Fair set up
· Help needed to move and set up tables, lattice boards, canopies, and benches. Many hands make light work!
5:00-8:00 p.m. Entry night
5:30 p.m. Dog/Cat judging
· Parking available in the east parking lot.
· All hall exhibits and POSTERS for ALL live animals brought in.
· Items for silent auction collected during soliciting should be turned in to the secretary.
Saturday
· Parking available in the west parking lot and in the field north of hall (enter from Four Oaks Rd.)
9:00 a.m. In-hall exhibit judging begins
9:00- 11:00 a.m. Kraft's Kuddly Kritters petting zoo on site
9:00-3:00 "Our Yesterday House" open, tours available from Spirit Historical Society members
All animal judging times are approximate and may be adjusted fair day.
9:30 a.m. Rabbit judging
10:00 a.m. Sheep judging
10:30 a.m. Dairy Cattle judging
11:30 a.m. Horse judging
11:00-2:00 Lunch available (town hall basement)
12:30 p.m. Frog Jump, Egg Toss, Tug-o-War, and other games (east parking lot)
3:00 p.m. All exhibits may leave the fairgrounds
7:30 p.m. Evening program: club entertainment; presentation of trophies and awards; fair royalty.
