A block of rooms at Suginoi Hotel (the venue) has been reserved for SPIRE participants.
The rooms are blocked until September 16, after which they will be released.
(As the hotel is very popular and fills very fast, we recommend to make bookings as soon as possible)

There are 2 types of rooms, Western Room (for 1-2 people) and Japanese & Western Room (2-5 people). Details of the rooms can be found here.
The charges are per person per night and differs depending on how many people share the room.
Please let us know if you need help finding a roommate to share a room.
The plan includes breakfast and access to Hot Springs "Tanayu", "Midori-yu", and Hot Spring Pool "The Aqua Garden", with amazing views.
Dinner is optional and can be added at a reasonable price, if reserved in advance.
Other Options
We recommend participants to stay at Suginoi Hotel, since it is on top of a hill, and a bit secluded from other hotels in Beppu.
