Transportation and Bus Information

Please Note: Earliest BUS Tournament Pick Up Time 9:15am & Earliest BUS Tournament Pick Up Time is 1:30pm OR 4:30pm  (Typical tournament start times are 10 or 10:15am)

Bussing will be coordinated by our Bussing Administrator Jaipal Jatana.

• Host connects with participants and figures out who needs buses. Host ensures that the information regarding CAPS has been shared.

• Host fills out bussing request through spesphea.com transportation request

• Coordinator books buses and sends confirmation forms to host. Host is expected to CHECK the confirmations and then forward to participants.  

• At least 10 business days notice should be provided when requesting a bus

• Schools will be responsible for a missed bus due to non-confirmation emails.

• Failure to book buses promptly may result in a cancellation of your tournament or no transportation coverage
