TeamApp is how we, as a club, communicate on a regular basis. If you have not yet signed up for TeamApp, please do so.
When signing up, select the appropriate group (there is now an alumni section as well).
To run our tournament, we need volunteers. A volunteer sign-up sheet has been created. Please note that due to the number of team participating the game schedule & times WILL change once we have the tournament schedule built.
Home Game Table Signups
For our home games, we are required to run the table. In order to facilitate this, we have a Google Sheet for people to signup on. For the Mt. View, Summit & Bend games we are not sure if we are to run the entire table, part of the table or not at all. Once we know the sheet will be adjusted. The October tournament signups will be on a separate sheet.
Player Registration Process
Player registration is a 2-part process.
Part 1: Online registration. This is a Google Form that is to be completed prior to beginning any practices (including optional practices beginning Aug. 6, 2018).
Part 2: Registration packet. This packet includes a registration checklist, sports physical form (required every 2 years) and concussion information. This packet is due by the first night of the official start of the season (Aug. 13).
Daily doubles begin on Aug. 6th.
AM ~ 7:00 - 9:00 AM @ Creekside Golf Course Pool.
PM ~ 7:00 - 9:00 PM @ Kroc Center.
Please arrive to ALL practices at least 15 minutes early ready to begin practice. Mandatory practices begin August 13th with the same schedule.
Throughout the season there is a need for volunteers. At all of our home games we need at least 3 people to work the table (no table workers - no game). There will be a training event at one of our early season practices and opportunites for training throughout the season. There are also other opportunities throughout the season at various events. If you are interested in helping out, please speak to one of our board members and we can get you taken care of. Volunteering is a GREAT way to help to provide a positive experience for all of our players.
August 24 - 26 is the "jump-off" for our season at the Redmond Jamboree in Redmond, Oregon. At this event, we travel to Redmond Friday morning and camp at the pool. The players camp in tents in the grass area in front of the school and several parents "dry camp" in the high school parking lot next to the pool. The jamboree is designed to get the teams playing in very short games (2 5-minute halves versus 4 7-minute quarters). Our game transportation process will be used for this event. More information will be provided via TeamApp and at our Fall Parent Meeting (Aug. 13, 2017 @ 7:00 PM @ Kroc Center).
