Visit Department of Forestry & Fire Mgnt Web Site for Forms to Initiate and Complete Task Books. These forms will help you with updating Red Card Qualifications when you submit a firefighter for Red Card Review. Don't forget to fill out ICS Form 225, Personnel Evaluation.
