Nicole Renée La Follette was born into Seattle’s lush moss and cedar essence and grew among eucalyptus trees and nag champa on San Francisco Bay. Her BA in languages and philosophy is from Evergreen State College where she dipped her toe in poetics. She’s active in several poetry communities, sniffs out open mics when globally sauntering, and celebrates that her story is Unique, Like Everyone, the title of her book, out now. Visit her website.

Rose Ramm is a cornfed Nebraska revolutionary, veteran of the Midwest punk scene, and wannabe mystic of Catholic heritage whose dogma descends from Beatles lyrics. Curriculum vitae: taught English and once served Kenny Loggins a Shakespearian minstrel song and ollalaberry muffin. When Rose stomps out her poetry, it’s a shaman journey through social justice covens, parochial school studios, redneck trailer parks, mosh pits, Satsang meditations, and briars of shiny berries, ripe for the picking.
