Official source of aviation radio channels in the USA
The FCC ULS has some radio channels - mostly for the airlines - the
"company" channels.
The FCC ULS also has airport freqs for municpally owned airports (CTAF
etc) and some public safety aircraft
CTAF = control tower, and mobile units on runways

Air traffic control channels - from the FAA website
1. Terminal Approach and Departure Procedures - include Tower, ATIS,
Ground, Approach & Departure channels -
http://www.faa.gov/air_traffic/flight_info/aeronav/digital_products/dtpp/
2. https://nfdc.faa.gov/nfdcApps/airportLookup/index.jsp?category=nasr
- The Airport Lookup Tool - I think this is where airnav.com gets its
freq info - the Airport Lookup Tool also includes info about which
RCAG (remote radio transceiver site) provides comms if the local
apparoach control is closed
3. Airport Facility Directory -
http://www.faa.gov/air_traffic/flight_info/aeronav/digital_products/dafd/
- how do you download the individual volumes? - there is 2 pages in
the ?Northeast? Appendix that list all of the freqs for all of the
ARTCC (enroute centers)
4. Airport Diagrams -
http://www.faa.gov/air_traffic/flight_info/aeronav/digital_products/dtpp/
- usually has same info as Terminal Approach and Departure Procedures
5. Notice to Airmen - lists recent changes to these various documents
and other breaking news for pilots
6. TFR - Temporary Flight Restrictions - usually lists at least 1 freq
for each major wildfire
7. IFR and VFR Enroute Maps - they have listings on the maps for some
of the RCAGs - available as PDFs and GEO-TIFF files
-----------------------------
airnav.com aggregates many of these data sources - and also provides
links to sectional maps that have some freq info (not sure who
provides those maps)
many of these official sources of info seem to offer different
opinions as to which channel is in use at which location for which
purpose
liveatc.net and the internet also provide radio channel listings
