I have a background in programming most of my life. I started with QBASIC and then have done HTML, HTML5, PHP, MySql, and then some JAVA Script. Intro to business computing has shown me more on how to build databases with Excel and Access than I have know before. The learning never stops and security is the biggest priority on my mind.
The intro to Business Computing course has shown me many great resources on building databases for customers, mastering Excel, building websites, making presentations, and incorporating customer satisfaction surveys.

Intro to Business Computing combined with Teamwork Dynamics has been a great combination. It has shown where I have seen Managers fail and succeed. Teamwork is everything and in every team everyone makes a difference! I have built a failing Staples corporation store from being in 140 place in the company to a top 10 store consistently. Our revenues increased by 500%. So I know how to build a business, even a business that had been already established.
With the combination of skills from these courses among others at Treasure Valley Community College I see a very successful present and future ahead of me. With this education it has helped expand my knowledge considerably in the Computer Science and Networking field. So I thank this special college for all their dedication and support.
