Asian employers low ranking for Chinese workers

Honda workers hold a strike

as they walked out from their plant manufacturing auto parts in Foshan, south China's Guangdong Province, yesterday. Honda Motor Corp yesterday said it was preparing to restart production at its spare parts plant in China after it agreed to pay a higher salary to striking workers. Production at all of Honda's four China car plants was halted for most of last week after a walkout at the parts factory in a labor dispute.
