Agashe is the most popular meal in Sudan
To learn how to make it first we have to make the powder (ugashy powder)
The original country of this recipe is Nigeria
But it's become very populer all over Sudan
Nigerian people call it suya spice
This is a simple and best homemade (Agashe powder )
The main ingredient is peanut butter
And it common taste in it to
We starting by dried peanut butter from oil
I found the best way that to wrapping by paper towels and let the towels absorb all the oil
I repeat this a step two time and leave it for 8 hours or overnight
Then add the flour to the dried peanut butter and roasted on medium heat and keep stirring it and breaking it to combined with the flour( this is step is very important because it's improved the taste and make a huge difference ) most people don't roasted , some people add bread crumbs instead of flour
But my way is the best 😊
Then let it to cool down and then add the spice

And then sift it to mix it well and get rid of any lumps
Ingredients:
- 4 Tbsp Peanut Butter (175 g)
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 Tbsp of ginger
- 2 Tbsp beef stock powder
- 5-6 Xylopia aethiopica
