Tentative Goal: To cover the next 10 chapters beyond what was covered in Introduction to Latin, using the required text at the pace of one chapter per class. If the first ten chapters in the text were covered in the most recent Introduction to Latin course, below is our tentative list of chapters for Latin Part II (from pp. 77 to 171, with Ch. 13 skipped). We will review what we learned in Introduction to Latin as we progress. The reviewing may slow us down and keep us from completing all of the chapters below. But mastery of the fundamentals is better than rushing. You can also use the class website to review.
Ch. XI The Human Body
Ch. XII The Roman Soldier
(Skip Ch. XIII on the year and months)
Ch. XIV The New Day
Ch. XV The Teacher and the Students
Ch. XVI A Storm

Ch. XIX Husband and Wife
Ch. XX Parents
