SNOPA Folkdance Weekends
SNOPA Folkdance Weekends, Inc. is a MN nonprofit carrying on the tradition of midwinter folk dance workshop weekends, drawing people from the Upper Midwest and beyond for education, fun and community through participation in international folk dance and music.

Dance workshops with three teachers (Dan Garvin, Elena Momtcheva and Paul Wagner) in the beautiful woodland setting of Camp St. Croix
Two nights’ lodging in Camp St. Croix’s delightful cabins, and six meals
Two dance parties: recorded music Friday and live music Saturday with Orkestar Bez Ime
Balkan singing and instrumental jamming, with a Social Hour
And a host of theme-related dance silliness! The theme in 2026 will be U Šest Side Story.
