My specialization...
I've worked with Molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) >> grew III-Nitride crystals, trained grad students for crystal growth, and maintained systems. I've worked with three generations of Veeco MBEs so far: Gen-930, Gen-Xplor & the Gen-10.
My background...
I belong to the lovely country Bangladesh, whose main resource is the bright people. I graduated in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 2006, and then did my Ph.D. in EE from Univ. of Notre Dame, Indiana, USA.
