This Company is incorporated on 3rd October 2019 with the following objectives:

Consulting: In this division, objective is to provide all kinds of process reviews, book-keeping, business consultancy (professional), business information, business inquiries, business management and organization consultancy, business management assistance, business management consultancy, business organization consultancy, management (advisory services for business), management assistance (commercial or industrial) services and all other related services.

In this we undertake two activities

A) Process Consulting:

Objective is to build a fool proof process which gives assurance to management and ensure strict statutory compliance

In this process involves understanding & documenting existing processes in place and understanding risk and business criticality of functions, work closely with their employees in resulting their issues faced in current process / system. 

We give our expertise support by helping them with suitable process documents, one time reconciliations, tools  to smoothen the process and efficiently mitigate risks through training / walk through to the employees with checklists for continuity.

Then we also develop the reporting formats which will give assurance as well as the details about the deviations (if any are to be verified).

For process continuity planning due to employee attrition, a standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation is prepared along with ERP screenshots, issue reporting mechanism, exception handling, escalation approval matrix and reporting mechanism. This will help as ready reference for process owners, auditors and future employees.

We build authorization controls in system according to the seggregation of duties (SOD) as decided by management.

We also provide statutory updates on recent amendments / laws through regular short journals for awareness to our clients to keep them updated to perform their duties better.

As part of this process, we study the following documents of a clients: 1) statutory financials 2) internal audit reports 3) stock statements & CMA files 4) long form audit report (LFAR) 5) management representation letter 6) process documents 7) statutory compliance to understand the statutory laws applicable and gaps if any. Further we support in rectifying gaps in statutory compliances such as TDS, GST, RBI (FEMA) etc.

B) Book Keeping Services:

The art of book keeping is not a hectic task, but we believe that deep understanding of essence of each transaction impact before passing an entry will avoid lot of errors in future. 

We practice & follow the principle of "when in doubt, disclose, discuss and resolve"  and we apply strict rules with regard to compliance under various laws and regulations applicable to clients.

We provide a monthly report pack at every month end by 1st week of subsequent month to management which typically comprise of MIS P&L statement along with statutory compliance & workings

We keep record of up to date statutory changes and inform its impact on existing functions to management in advance and prepare for compliance to ensure operations are properly accounted in diligent manner.

It has two sub-divisions Smartends and Satvaram

In this division, we identify social problems / social needs and conceive and invent new sustainable ideas with social impact and patent this technology and licensing to  industries for commercialization for quick production for larger society's positive impact.

"Satvaram" is our registered trademark in India.  Motto: practice principle of "Showcase the unique ideas noticed innovated by other Startups" for bringing public and industry awareness thereby ensuring no good idea is unturned or abandoned or dropped off in middle which was aimed for society benefit at large. In this division, we identify from the public sources for the unique articles / unique ideas / unique products of first inventors and meet them and support  them based on our experience explaining ways of bringing their own products to market at affordable prices for greater good so that no good idea is left out / ignored.  Innovation is not always new. Sometimes it’s just forgotten. Here we make an attempt to make available of those Ideas which can work even now.

As per Professor. Ramgopal Rao (Vice President - BITS Pilani) statement "Innovation is conversion of focus on impact & knowledge to public good for wealth creation and employment generation" is a guiding factor in our innovations in this division.
