Details of the WS (tentative)

  • Sep. 16

    • Access /view short presentation files (video for approx. 2min.)

    • Access /view long presentation files (video or other type of file for approx. 12min.)

    • Participants and presenters communicate using Slack set by Slow Eq administration.

    • (Option) Presenters set core time using communication tools such as Zoom and share the information to all the participants.

    • Participants will be able to discuss with presenters using the communication tools (Zoom, Spatial Chat, etc.).

  • Sep. 17 (AM)

    • Sessions by group using Zoom

    • Discussion and summary based on the questions and comments on the 16th.

    • Live presentation by those who are assigned by moderators

  • Sep. 17 (PM)

    • Moderator introduces brief summary of in-group discussion (approx. 20 min. per group)

    • Discussion for successor project

When you upload files

  • Files will be collected using file request function of Dropbox.

  • Dropbox URL: upload from here

  • Files are to be titled based on rules as follows.

[File identifier (one letter)]_[Group (3 letters)]_[Lastname]_[Firstname]

    • [File identifier]: S (Short presentation), L (Long presentation)

    • [Group]: A01, A02, B01, B02, C01, C02

    • [Lastname]: Starting with a capital letter

    • [Firstname]: Fully spelled out, abbreviation, or initial letter only

  • In case you want to replace the file already uploaded, add "_rev (number)" at the end of the title.

  • File viewing will be available using Dropbox and limited to those who known access URL only.

  • All the presentation will not be downloadable.

Questions/Comments (Slack)

  • Discussion will be conducted using Slack

  • Participants will post questions/comments to presenters after viewing presentations on the 16th.

  • Presenters will reply to the questions/comments as necessary.

  • Each correspondence will be shared to all the participants.

  • Correspondence can be make individually.

  • Slack will be remained till Oct. 16 (Fri.) 13:00 so participants can continue discussion after the WS.
