Shatterpack (Sh'Pk)
The blue plastic lining in shatterpacks helps to preserve flavor, moisture, and texture in the pollock fillets.
Preparation is simple: just let the product thaw for an hour or so, separate the individual fillets, and it is ready to be processed, cooked, cut, or whatever you decide to do with it!
