All volunteers in the Archdiocese of Baltimore must complete the following requirements on our compliance management system,VIRTUS(which replaced Shield the Vulnerable), before volunteering:
Archdiocesan Application for Volunteer Service
A Statement of Policy for the Protection of Children & Youth
Code of Conduct for Church Personnel

Photo Release
The Archdiocese of Baltimore requires that images/video used on related websites have assigned release form.
Anne Arundel Co. Recreation and Parks (please see the AA co. RecParks website)
Beyond the requirement for Shield the Vulnerable (formally STAND) training, players and volunteers may be required to complete further forms:
Coaches:
County Background Check** (every 3 years as needed for all Coaches and Volunteers for teams participating in county sports programs)
Coaches Certification Clinic (required yearly for all head coaches for county sports programs, highly encouraged for assistant coaches)
Players/Parents:
Youth Player Contract (required each season, includes Parents Pledge)**
Youth Player Release** (required if a player is moving from another organization that competes within the county)
Concussion Form (required each season)
