• Set up email alerts to receive notifications of any changes

• How to Set Up Alerts:

  • Go to your Google calendar on your mobile device or laptop/desktop and click "Settings"

  • Then under "Settings for Other Calendars" select the 2025-26 Season Calendar

  • Scroll down to "Other Notifications" and use the drop downs for New Events, Changed Events and Cancelled Events, and toggle to "Email"

What if I don't have a Gmail address, can I still set up alerts for this calendar?

Yes, you can use Google Calendar and get alerts with a non-Gmail address by creating a Google Account using your existing email, which lets you access services like Calendar with alerts delivered to your current inbox. You'll create the account using your business or other email, verify it, and then you can manage events and notifications just like a standard Google user, receiving alerts at your non-Gmail address.*

    1. 1. • Go to Google Account Creation: Visit the Google Account sign-up page (e.g., accounts.google.com/signup).

          • Use Current Email: Click "Create account" and select "Use my current email address instead".

          • Enter Details: Provide your name and your non-Gmail email address.

          • Verify: Google will send a verification code to your existing email; enter it on the sign-up page to confirm.

          • Access Calendar: Once set up, go to calendar.google.com to use your calendar and receive alerts at your non-Gmail address.
