I am a nanotechnology researcher and innovation leader with over 20 years of experience transforming ideas at the nanoscale into technologies with global impact. My work connects advanced materials, micro/nanofabrication, and biointerfaces to real-world applications in electronics and biomedicine. I build and lead diverse research teams driven by curiosity, collaboration, and a shared vision — to turn scientific discovery into scalable, meaningful innovation.
More about my work
For over two decades, I’ve worked at the frontiers of nanotechnology, developing advanced materials and devices that connect science with innovation. My research spans micro/nanofabrication, biointerfaces, and nanooptics — integrating engineered nanostructures into optical and electronic systems such as LEDs, flash memories, plasmonic devices, and nanobiosensors.
I thrive in environments where curiosity drives application. Leading multidisciplinary teams, I’ve focused on transforming fundamental research into scalable technologies that bridge laboratory discovery and industrial realization.
I take pride in building diverse, dynamic research groups that balance scientific excellence with creativity, business understanding, and people-centered leadership. Collaboration and team growth remain at the core of my philosophy — innovation only thrives when ideas are shared and nurtured collectively.
Currently, I lead strategic research in nanoengineering of material interfaces at the molecular level, developing advanced tools and high-throughput nanofabrication methods for applications across electronics and biomedicine. My vision is to shape research ecosystems where ideas evolve into products, spin-offs, and technologies that define the next generation of materials science.
