Call For Participation

Options for attending the conference accommodate four levels of participation. The more effort expended in submission, the more benefit students will garner in terms of feedback. Attendance is free for students from SICSA universities and students who are not living in Edinburgh will also receive free accommodation for the two nights of the conference. The levels of attendance are:

    1. Submit a poster; all posters within submission requirements will be accepted for on-site review.

    2. Submit a demo; demos are encouraged but are limited subject to space. If you are interested in submitting a demo, please contact the Programme Committee Co-Chairs, contact details below.

    3. Submit a poster and paper; papers will be considered for presentation plus given written feedback.

    4. Conference attendance only; no submission is required to attend the conference.
