  2. Oct 2020: Got the Indo-Czech Project namely "Development of E-mode III-Nitride devices for Energy Optimized Agile Power Electronics. " of 54,52,162 INR (Indian Side) + Euro 30,00,00 (Czech Side) as PI.

Brief Bio:

Dr. Shubhankar Majumdar working as an Assistant Professor, in the Department of Electronics and Communication of NIT Meghalaya. He has got five awards those are Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions Seal of Excellence award from the European Commission, two postdoctoral scholarship from the Italian Government and Government of India, and a fellowship for pursuing M.Tech and PhD. Further, he is a mentor of a start-up Incubation company namely SOIL Agritech Private Limited. During his PhD, he has made significant contributions on several techniques to model and incorporates the device experimental data for the circuit level design in EDA tool. He has 40 reputed SCI journals, and peer-reviewed conference publications and 1 Indian Patent filed till now. Presently he has 8 sponsored projects (international, national and state-level projects) that have a worth of $1.5 million.

My broad research interest includes the implementation of IoT in Agriculture, pipeline water leakage and landslide aspects, Analog & Digital VLSI, Fabrication, Modelling & Simulation of GaN Devices, RF circuit design.
