Seminar & Advancement Opportunities

Participating in a advancement opportunity is optional, but encouraged because they offer incentives for self-improvement.  Seminars with advancement opportunities for students are held throughout the year for individuals who train on a regular basis and meet the requirements for the next level they are seeking.  Our adult members can also participate in seminars held at Lycoming College and Penn College held at the end of each semester and in the summer. 

An individuals International Shotokan Karate Federation (ISKF) yearly dues must be paid at their first promotion opportunity and be a current and active member to qualify for any future kyu examinations. 

Our next seminar and advancement opportunity for area ISKF members will be hosted by Shotokan Karate of Williamsport's dojo on Thursday April 12th, 2016.  All examinations for ISKF members in our area are done by Sensei George Vance. 

ISKF Yearly Membership - $25.00

ISKF Kyu exam & Seminar Fee - $20.00

Seminar Fee - $5.00
