Dear Shores of Shadow Mountain Homeowners,
This morning at 6:30am, I received a call from a homeowner advising the water system was down at the Shores. I immediately made contact with Jack Zielinski with Stillwater Tech. He advised he was aware and had already dispatched a team member to investigate and attempt to resolve. At 6:38am, Jack called to update a pressure issue was identified and resolved, so water was back up and running, with the understanding further diagnostic tests were needed to better understand the failure and repairs needed to remedy the situation. While pressure was normalized, there was an issue with the jockey system and Browns Hill was called in to investigate further. At 8:30am Jack Zielinski called to provide an update, Browns Hill had reprogrammed variable drive and the jockey pump was back online and operating at normal capacity.
Water service should be restored and functioning normally at this time as programming was adjusted within the system. I would like to thank Jack and Stillwater Tech for acting so swiftly this morning to restore water service. If you have any questions or experience and issues with your service, please don’t hesitate to call our office, or if after hours you can reach either Eric or I by cell phone as one of us is on call 24/7.
We appreciate your patience during this brief outage.
