Below you will find an email authorization form which allows the HOA to communicate with you via email. The SSM Board encourages you to fill out this form and return it to Dick Norman @ Mountain Chalet. Not only does it save you and your neighbors a significant amount of money, it is a quick and effective way for us to communicate with you. Thank you for your consideration.
