What happen next?

After you submit your request forms, you can sit back and relax!

We will make the purchase or place the bids for you.

Step 1: First Invoice

When we complete the purchase or won the auction, you will receive an invoice of your completed order.

Invoice for web orders:

Since you have made the full deposit of the item price, the invoice will be marked as "PAID". You do not have to worry about this invoice.

Invoice for auctions: Since only 50% deposit was made when submitting the request, this invoice will show the payment you have to pay. Please pay this invoice within 48 Hours in order to avoid delay in shipping!

Step 2: "Item Arrived" Email

When the item arrives to our warehouse, we will send you an "item arrived" email.

Step 3: "Ready for shipping"

When you are ready for shipping, you can reply the "item arrived" email with the following information

Step 4: Shipping Invoice

We will pack your item and measure the weight of your package.

Your item is ready for shipping, we will send you a shipping invoice.

Shipping Invoice: Shipping fee will be shown in the shipping invoice. We don't charge handling fee!

Once we confirm your payment, you package will be on the way to you!
