Rules and Regulation

·         The College Identity/Library card is compulsory to enter into Library.

·         Biometric Attendance is Compulsory to all users.

·         If ID Card/Library Card is lost the New ID Card will be issued on payment of Rs.100/-

·         Library books issued only on his/her self Library/ID card.

·         Library books will be issued only as per schedule.

·         Five text books to each student for fifteen days only it can be renewed.

·         Students should return book in given time period.

·         Reference books will be issued for the students only on the recommendation by the faculty.

·         In case loss of books double price of the book lost will be recovered as the penalty.

·         The loss of ID card should be reported to the principal in writing.

·         Taken proper care of all library resources is the users responsibility.

·         Any personal belongings are not permitted into the library.

·         Eatables are not allowed inside the library & reading hall.

·         Silence to be maintained in the library .

·         No library material will be issued on someone else ID Card.

·         Calling and Chatting through Mobile is strictly prohibited in the library.

·         Strict action will be taken for any misbehavior in the reading hall.

·         Students must register their name & timing for digital access of information through library computers

·         Playing games, chatting, Downloading any pictures/ songs, videos & misuse of internet is not allowed.

·         Students are not allowed to sit in the library during their lecture & practical hours.
