Reddy Beef and Noodles with Side Salad

Like many other modern parents, with two young children and two professional careers, on weeknights we prefer quick and easy meals. Here we cook up 1 package of wide egg noodles, prepare an light side salad, and pan fry 1 lb of ground chuck with the following fixings:

1 diced small onion

1/2 diced roasted red pepper

2 cloves chopped garlic (or a couple of tsp. from a jar!)

3-4 Tbs. olive oil

Add several shakes of Reddy Rub to taste. Feel free to add salt and fresh ground black pepper as desired. Mix 1 package of brown gravy mix with 1 c. water into pan simmer until thickened. Serve and enjoy!
