Shaimaa YASSIN
I am currently a posdoctoral research fellow at McGill University in Canada, granted a fellowship from the Swiss National Science Foundation for the period Sep2019 - August 2021 .
I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in France and I worked as a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer at the Universities of Lausanne and Neuchâtel in Switzerland. My main research fields are applied and theoretical labor economics, and applied/structural Econometrics. I also have interests in impact evaluation, macroeconomic dynamics and development economics.
