Mr. Anurag Singh Parihar is working as an Assistant Professor, Faculty of Management Studies in AKS University, Satna (M.P.), INDIA in Commerce, Finance and Taxation field, he has a wide experience in teaching and research sector over the years, he is also a Professional Tax Consultant with special focus on Income tax and GST and practical experience of many years. Recently, he is conferred with Emerging writer of the year at JS University Shikohabad, UP approved by UGC in International Award conference on Multidisciplinary Research and Latest Innovation-2022, sponsored by NITI Aayog (Darpan portal). He has also served as Assistant Professor in Vindhya Institute of Management & Science (VIMS) in Commerce Department; he has also served SRKCPM (Shri Rama Krishna Collage of Polytechnic & Management) along with several other institutions in various positions. He has worked on several Academic and Industrial Assignment in many more years. He is an active member of IARDO and Legal Adviser at Shri Rama Krishna Humanity, Engineering & Science international journal published by SRKCPM. He has published many books in the field of Commerce, Finance and Management. Currently he is working on research sector mainly and published many research paper in many journals/conference both National and International level.

Prof. Mukesh Kumar Ahirwal is an esteemed professor working at Government College Hatta Damoh. With 17 years of experience in the field of Science of Botany, education, Prof. Ahirwal has made significant contributions to the academic community. He has a deep passion for teaching and is dedicated to nurturing the minds of young learners.Prof. Ahirwal going to submit the thesis of doctoral degree in his respective field of study, having pursued rigorous research and analysis in his area of expertise. He has completed his UGC NET in the Life Science 2008, and M.Sc., Diploma in Journalism, Etc. Prof. Ahirwal's research interests revolve around Medicinal Plants. He has conducted extensive research in this area and has contributed to the existing body of knowledge through his publications and scholarly work. His research focuses on “Medicinal Plants”, aiming to provide insights and solutions to relevant problems in the field. Prof. Ahirwal has achieved several milestones in his professional journey. His expertise in [field of study] has been recognized and appreciated by peers in the academic community. He has also been invited as a guest speaker and presenter at various conferences and seminars, where he has shared his research insights and perspectives.

Mr. Prashant Suryavanshi is a dedicated sports professional currently serving as the Sports Officer at Shri Raghvendra Singh Hazari Govt. Degree College in Hatta Damoh, Madhya Pradesh. With a passion for sports and a commitment to fostering a culture of physical fitness and excellence, Mr. Suryavanshi has made significant contributions to the college's sports program. 

Education: Mr. Suryavanshi holds a Master Degree in Physical Education, and perusing PhD from a reputable institution. He has also pursued advanced certifications in sports management and coaching, enhancing his knowledge and skills in the field. Professional Experience: With several years of experience in the sports industry, Mr. Suryavanshi has gained expertise in managing sports programs and organizing sporting events. Shinu Shukla is working as an Assistant professor in Faculty of Management Studies at AKS University (Satna) since March 2015. She had completed her Master in Business Administration from Shri Vaishnav Institute of Management, Indore (M.P.). She is an Arts graduate from Govt. Autonomous Mankuwar Bai College of Arts and Commerce, Jabalpur (M.P.). She is core competent in Marketing specialization subjects and also having wider experience in both corporate and academics where she explored various topics in marketing management and with reference to various authors decided to contribute a book for management students. Previously she had also published various research papers in National and International Journals.

Dr. Nidhi Shrivastava is a dynamic professional with a robust academic background and extensive experience in both academia and the corporate sector. With a profound commitment to excellence, she has consistently strived to contribute significantly to her field and the organizations she has been associated with. Having served as a Faculty member in the Department of Business Administration since August 2011, Dr. Shrivastava has exhibited exemplary teaching skills, delivering lectures, guiding students in research projects, and actively participating in curriculum development. Her dedication to nurturing young minds and facilitating their growth is commendable. She has also been actively involved in administrative responsibilities such as central valuation and examination conduct. Prior to her academic tenure, Dr. Shrivastava gained valuable industry experience during her tenure at HDFC Standard Life Insurance Co. Ltd and Shriram Transport Finance Co. Ltd. In these roles, she handled diverse responsibilities ranging from cash management and vendor bill processing to customer relationship management and business settlements. Her ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and her proactive approach to problem-solving were instrumental in ensuring smooth operations within the organizations. Dr. Shrivastava's academic journey is marked by notable achievements. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from A.P.S. University, Rewa, where her research focused on the buying behavior of Indian women towards personal care products in semi-urban areas. Her academic prowess is further underscored by her Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Finance, and a Bachelor's in Commerce with a specialization in Taxation. She has consistently performed well academically, reflecting her deep understanding of commerce and management principles. An accomplished researcher, Dr. Shrivastava has authored several publications in reputable journals and books, covering diverse topics such as consumer behavior, investment patterns, and work-life balance. Her journey began as an Assistant Professor at Vindhya Institute of Technology and Science, where she honed her skills from January 2012 to July 2013. Subsequently, she joined the Department of Business Administration at APS University, Rewa (M.P.), serving there until 2022, contributing significantly to the academic community. Following this, she enriched her experience at the Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore, from March 2022 to October 2023. Currently, she continues her professional journey at the Department of Business Administration, UTD of APS University, Rewa, since November 2023. Dr. Singh's educational background is impressive, reflecting her dedication to continuous learning and growth. She holds a Ph.D. in Management, focusing on the effect of Work-Life Balance on Employees' Job Satisfaction in Public and Private Organizations, under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Anjali Srivastava. Additionally, she completed her MBA in Finance & HR from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya University, Indore, further enhancing her expertise in the field. Her academic journey also includes a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Higher Secondary education from T.R.S College and Kendriya Vidyalaya, respectively.  Throughout her career, Dr. Pragya Singh has contributed significantly to the body of knowledge in management through her research publications. Dr. Mithun Kumar Ghosh is an accomplished academic and researcher, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Govt. College Hatta, Damoh, Madhya Pradesh. With a solid foundation in chemical sciences and a passion for innovative research, Dr. Ghosh has made remarkable contributions to the field of chemistry. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, Amarkantak, where his research focused on the synthesis of new transition and rare earth metal clusters and their potential applications in catalysis and biological activities. His academic journey is further enriched by a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from the University of Gour Banga, Malda, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry from Gour Mahavidyalaya, University of Gour Banga. Throughout his academic career, Dr. Ghosh has consistently demonstrated his dedication to scientific excellence, achieving notable academic records and securing a CSIR-NET qualification for lectureship in 2015.

As a researcher, Dr. Ghosh specializes in the synthesis and characterization of metal clusters, heterometallic nanoparticles, and metal-organic frameworks, with a keen interest in their catalytic, photocatalytic, and biological applications. His expertise extends to sophisticated analytical techniques, including Single X-ray Crystallography, Squid, Power XRD, 1H NMR, EDX, FT-IR, SEM, TEM, CV, and UV-visible spectroscopy. His groundbreaking work has led to significant advancements in understanding the catalytic efficiency of metal-based compounds and their biological interactions. Furthermore, Dr. Ghosh’s research also explores the synthesis of nanomaterials for dye adsorption, separation, and sensing applications, highlighting his commitment to addressing environmental challenges through chemistry.

In recognition of his contributions to the field, Dr. Ghosh was honored with the prestigious Young Scientist Fellowship Award by the Madhya Pradesh Council of Science and Technology in 2019. He has also demonstrated his academic rigor through numerous peer-reviewed publications and has served as a reviewer for reputed journals, including the American Journal of Applied Chemistry and New Journal of Physics. Additionally, he has been an active reviewer for the Chemical Monthly by Springer, Environmental Technology by Taylor & Francis, and Nano Express by IOP Publication. Dr. Ghosh’s intellectual contributions are further reflected in his role as a Guest Associate Editor and Review Editor for Frontiers in Chemistry, where he continues to influence contemporary research in the chemical sciences.

Dr. Ghosh’s commitment to teaching and mentoring is equally noteworthy. As an Assistant Professor, he has taught at Pandit S.N. Shukla University, Shahdol, and his current institution, imparting knowledge and inspiring the next generation of chemists. His dedication to teaching is complemented by his proactive involvement in academic conferences and his willingness to share knowledge and collaborate with fellow researchers. In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Ghosh has also contributed to scientific innovation through his patent on Mn12 benzoate, reflecting his dedication to the practical applications of chemistry.

Beyond academics and research, Dr. Ghosh actively pursues continuous learning through certifications and training in cutting-edge topics such as antimicrobial resistance, nanotechnology, and molecular spectroscopy.
