Philosophy/Goals

A Gracious Work Philosophy:

To be a successful Food & Beverage Director, I maintain a friendly demeanor. I always greet guests with a smile. Ask whether their needs are being met and, if not, remedy the problem. Humor is always a plus. I do not show discord among my staff or become preoccupied with their duties.

I make sure the guest comes first in every instance of my day.

Education:

By November 2021, I will receive 10 more points towards maintaining my current certifications and to further my education; by applying myself.

Career:

By December 2025, I will be opening successful restaurants; by leading in my industry and developing a positive reputation within a good company.

Personal:

By December 2021, I will collect at least 2 more personal recommendations; by creating experiences people will want to share.
