About Me

Hi, my name is Micheline Witter, I am married with David Witter and I have two wonderful children: Marcus and Hannah .

I am from Brazil and I love teaching. I have a bachelor degree in Portuguese, English and Spanish; a post graduation in English and a master's degree in Spanish literature.

In Brazil I had my own language school where I used to teach English and Spanish. There I taught for 15 years. This is my fifteenth year teaching in the States and my fourteenth year at Western Dubuque High School.

I love working at WDHS, my students are respectful and fun to work with. Some of the activities they like are the games we play, the videos we share and the songs we sing together.

I hope this site is helpful, I myself see it as a wonderful tool to learn Spanish having fun. I hope you enjoy it, too.
