1) Application Form will be accepted by Email ONLY due Sunday, March 3, 2013. Typed speech draft may be sent at the time of application or by Sunday, March 10. 申込は３月３日まで。その時スピーチ原稿を同時に送っていただいても結構ですが、用意できなければ１７日でもOKです。ただし、原稿は必ず、タイプで打ち、添付物にしないでメールにそのままemailの本体にいれて送ってください。添付物にして、ファイルがあかないこともありますので、できる限り、安全、簡単、確実、スピーディーに行いたく、ご理解、ご協力ください。スピーチはできる限り４分まででおねがいします。

All applicants must be recommended by an official representative of a local or regional school or by a Japanese language teacher who has taught or taught you before. However, no recommendation letter is necessary. This is to be submitted either by the instructor or the applicant. Please cut and paste the application form below and paste it in the email body, then send it to SDJSC2013@gmail (do not send attachment. Please be sure to cc to tachibanacenter@yahoo.com) by March 3rd Sunday, 2013. (Subject: Speech Contest Application).
