Yet Another Mail Merge, now with follow-up

A year ago, we introduced a tracking feature in Yet Another Mail Merge to let you measure the success of your campaigns. It is now used by 55% of our clients and we've made big improvements last May to let you get those read receipts in real-time.


Starting today, we are adding a follow-up feature linked to our read receipts report. It lets you quickly filter / segment your list of recipients to send follow-up emails. You can try again to get the attention of those who may have missed your email the first time or choose instead to target people who opened your email and follow-up with more information to stay in touch. 


If you are often sending emails to the same list of recipients (eg. if you are sending newsletters), you can now reuse the same spreadsheet. Your old "Merge status" column will be renamed with the date of your previous campaign and we will automatically create a new status column for this new campaign (this way you still have access to the status of your old campaigns).
