3. Customize email notifications to responders

By default, Form Publisher automatically offers you to notify people via email (more informations here).

You can customize the subject and body of those notifications.

Click on the Form menu: 'Add-ons > Form Publisher > Notification rules':

A sidebar opens, with all parameters linked to notifications. Click on the button 'Customize Email':

A modal dialog opens and you can change the subject and body of the emails sent for each file created.

If you want to change other settings (add an image, use an alias), best is to link Yet Another Mail Merge to Form Publisher.
