Safety Contract

Below you will find a copy of our student safety contract for the PLS Science Department. Please read through the contract, and then complete the Parent or Student form below.

In this Biology course, we will occasionally handle common household chemicals and glassware. Risk for injury in our labs is very low, and safety will always be our first priority; we will be sure to teach students how to properly conduct themselves in a lab setting.
