Tie-breaks. In case 2 or more players get the same number of points the first tie-break is the number of tournaments, in which player participated. The less the number of tournament is – the higher place player gets (to get 30 points in 9 tournaments is better than to get 30 points in 10 tournaments).
The second tie-break is the number of 4-point results. The more 4-points player get – the higher is the place. The third tie-break is the number of 3.5 point results, etc.
