Registration costs: Alumni Brothers $200 and College Brothers $150.

Chapter delegates, alumni brothers, college brothers, and neophytes (Fall 2024 and Spring 2025) in good standing are invited to register for the 65th Annual District Conference of the South Carolina Chapters of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

The conference will be held in person from October 9–11, 2025, at the Spartanburg Community College (SCC) - Downtown Campus, located at 220 East Kennedy St., Spartanburg, SC 29302. Registration categories are listed above.

For the purposes of this District Conference, chapter delegate strength is determined by the number of financial brothers in each chapter, as prescribed by the Constitution of the General Organization.

Full Registration includes the Fraternal/Recognition Luncheon, the Belford V. Lawson Oratorical Luncheon, and the Miss Old Gold and Black Scholarship Competition & Awards Ceremony.

NOTE CHANGE: SC Alpha Chapter Delegates

Chapter Delegates are now required to register individually rather than through a single chapter registration process. Each delegate must complete their own registration. This change allows us to notify chapters if their delegate count exceeds the allocated number and to remove any delegates beyond the allowed limit.

Ladies Activities Packet, $175

The Ladies of the District of South Carolina will enjoy the Friday evening Bond Phire Experience, a day trip to the Biltmore House in Asheville, shopping at the Asheville Outlets, and will conclude Saturday's activities with an evening of elegance at the Old Gold & Black Reception and the Miss Old Gold & Black Scholarship Competition and Awards Ceremony.

What you need to know to register for the Conference:

Be sure to select your Registration Type: Chapter Delegate, Alumni Brother, College Brother, Neophyte, or Guest.

You must enter your national membership identification number. Please do not enter your life member number. Your membership identification number can be found in the AlphaMX membership portal.

What can you do to ensure the success of the 65th Annual South Carolina District Conference?

The answer is simple: ensure that your chapter delegates reserve their hotel rooms by September 6 and register for the District Conference by midnight on September 24.
