Yards, landscaped areas, driveways, roads, parking areas, patios, balconies, courtyards, and porches, if any, shall not be obstructed in any way nor shall they be used for purposes other than for which they are reasonably and obviously intended. Obstructions which are prohibited include (but are not limited to): outbuildings, sheds, outside storage units, buildings (temporary or otherwise), and above-ground swimming pools. Outside storage of trailers, boats, and campers is not permitted. Fences are strictly prohibited except for enclosing the immediate perimeter of an in-ground swimming pool. Utilizing trees, brush, shrubbery, etc. to form a natural-appearing fence-line is not permitted, unless approved in writing by the board. No bicycles, vehicles, chairs, or benches may be left unattended on or about the Common Elements. (SBO Bylaws, Section 6.5, 2018 Amendment)
