FBAR (FinCEN Form 114)/ FATCA:
Filing FBAR for unreported foreign income and/or assets:
Did you forget to file FBAR or even report income from foreign countries? I have helped many clients resolve those issues. I will represent you through the IRS voluntary disclosure programs, streamlined procedures, and general IRS audits to resolve your tax issues. I will assess your case and provide the best plan for your situation. Please see this link for more information.
Have you been chosen for an IRS audit? Have you received a letter from the IRS?Â
You should not ignore the letter from the IRS. It doesn't make your problem go away. If you disagree with their decision, ensure your position is within the scope of the tax laws. Rather than doing time-consuming tax research and working on complex tax documents, getting assistance from a qualified tax professional might be a good idea. I represent you before the IRS, so you don't have to deal with the burdensome audit process all by yourself. As a federally authorized representative, I directly communicate with the IRS and the states to resolve your tax issue.Â
*You should be careful choosing your "tax pro". In the US, it is NOT illegal for an unlicensed person to state himself/ herself as a tax professional. Unlicensed can give you advice or even prepare your tax returns for a fee. However, only enrolled agents, certified public accountants, and attorneys with active status can represent you before the IRS and states.Â
If you need to address your specific tax matters, a tax consultation is a good choice. I can provide an array of services, from supporting your business to maximizing tax credit, to your complete satisfaction.Â
