Either party, a client or the EA, shall be free to terminate the engagement at any time. In such an event, clients shall be responsible for all fees, expenses, and disbursements incurred through the termination date.
To avoid a Cir 230 0.29(a) conflict of interest, we do not prepare tax returns for entities with more than one member and one or more individual partners and shareholders.
Please note that we do not provide any further service to customers who receive a withdrawal letter from us. A withdrawal letter will be issued to customers who take a position that does not comply with the laws and disagree with changing his/her position to what is legally permitted.
